One of the most popular digital wallets globally is definitely Google Wallet. I've been using it for several years now for convenient contactless payments. But it wasn't long ago that I discovered that I can store cards other than payment cards in it. Specifically, these three types of cards.

Loyalty cards

You can add loyalty cards to Google Wallet from a wide range of stores, such as Tesco, Lidl, Billa, Albert, Kaufland, Makro, Decathlon, Sportisimo, Teta Drogerie, Mountfield, Benu Lékárna, Dr. Max, Super ZOO, IKEA or Möbelix. Having them in your Wallet is worth it because of cheaper purchases and other rewards you get for collecting points for every purchase.

To add a loyalty card to Wallet, tap on the app's main page. icon +, then click on the item Loyalty card, select the relevant store from the list and finally scan the barcode or QR code of your physical card.

Business cards

Do you have a physical wallet cluttered with business cards? It's easy to add them to Wallet. Just tap icon +, then on "Everything else", capture the selected business card in the frame, select business card as the card type and finally click the button Add.

Tickets to the cinema or events

You can also add movie tickets or event tickets like concerts to Wallet. These things tend to get lost, so it's better to keep them in digital form. (which ultimately applies to others as well cards). You add them to Wallet in the same way as business cards, i.e. via the menu Everything else.

It is worth noting that the Wallet came with an extension One UI 8.5 partial redesign. The menus are now clearer and the application is generally easier to navigate.
