YouTube Music is one of the largest music platforms in the world and is constantly growing. That's why Google is constantly adding new features to it, trying to gain not only more subscribers, but also an edge over the competition. Now comes one subtle but still significant new feature. And thanks to it, users will finally be able to fully express their opinions.

Na YouTube Music sections have been available for a long time comments. Similar to YouTube itself, you can express your opinion on the song, artists, style, and so on. But it also had one drawback – until now it was only possible to comment on songs/podcasts, but this was not possible for albums as a whole. Which is finally changing now.

And it's a change for the better. Many people listen to complete albums and then want to rate them as a whole. This could also create full-fledged reviews that would indicate to others whether a given album was successful or weaker than previous ones. Google has finally heard these requests from users, preparing new update and makes it accessible the comments section for albums as wellIt will not be connected in any way to the comments on individual songs, so you can choose where to leave your insights or criticism.

How to find comments on albums?

The path to the new option is relatively easy. If you have the current version of YouTube Music, enough open a specific album and to the right of the play button you will see new icon. Click on it and the comments section will open. There you can read the comments of other users, to answer on them, rate is with the help of thumbs up/down and add your own opinions.

Comments on albums can also be filter from newest to oldest or vice versa from highest rated. However, Google warns in the header that users should write with respect and politeness so as not to violate its rules. If someone is not sure what is still within limits and what is no longer appropriate, there is a link to the complete terms and conditions directly in the application.

And one more piece of good news to conclude – so far it seems that, unlike song lyrics, which YouTube recently charged for, this feature is available to all users and Free.
