At a time when the prices of flagship smartphones are climbing towards limits previously reserved for pro used cars, phone insurance is becoming not a luxury but a necessity. Samsung is responding to this trend and introducing a new generation of Samsung service plans Care+. This improved protection is now expanding to all corners of Europe, bringing changes that will please even the biggest underdogs.

Greater flexibility and wider coverage

Samsung's plans so far Care+ has previously been criticized for being too bureaucratic. The Korean giant has taken this criticism to heart and introduced a new version of insurance that comes with a clear goal: minito minimize the time a user spends away from their digital life. These are the key changes:

  • protection proto accidental damage: No more debates about whether a drop from a pocket was “foreseeable.” Coverage now includes cracked screens as well as liquid damage.
  • Repairs without ordering: Samsung users Care+ now has 175 new prorepair shops where you can request a repair without an appointment, regardless of whether they are located at home or abroad. If Samsung accepts the claim, it will direct you directly to the nearest prodepot.
  • Battery replacement: The improved service now includes free battery replacement if its capacity drops below 80% during the insurance period.
  • Theft without question marks: New proThe program called Theft & Loss offers faster settlement of insurance claims – you can have a new device in your hands within 48 hours of reporting it.
  • Greater flexibility: The new monthly payment option for up to 60 months of coverage means pro users more flexibility, and the subscription can be canceled at any time. If someone prefers a fixed term, a two-year contract can be concluded with a single payment in advance.

Enhanced Samsung Insurance Care+ also applies to the Czech Republic. Here is a list of European countries where the service as such is not available:
