Samsung started releasing the November security update less than two weeks ago, and its first recipient was, somewhat surprisingly, a mid-range phone. Galaxy A17 5G. Here is a list of all devices Galaxy, which has already received the latest security patch from the Korean giant.

The November security patch fixes 25 vulnerabilities discovered in the Android operating system. Two of them were rated as critical, while the rest were rated as high. Of the two critical vulnerabilities, one affects Android versions up to Android 13, while the other only applies to Android 16.

The update also includes bug fixes that Samsung discovered in its own software that only affect the device. Galaxy, there are nine in total. Three of them were marked as highly dangerous, one as moderately dangerous. One of the fixed errors was nInsecure default configuration in USB connection mode and out-of-bounds write when processing opcode in fingerprint trustlet. Additionally, the patch fixes 11 vulnerabilities related to Exynos chips manufactured between 2019 and 2024.
The S25 series hasn't released anything yet. I don't really care if it does in its homeland. Nothing here.
