I've been using Spotify for years. I had playlists for every mood, great recommendations, and a sleek interface that worked flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and computer. But I gradually started to notice that I was listening to more and more music directly on YouTube – mainly live sets, remixes, and rarities that I didn’t find on Spotify. proThey don't show up. So I thought: What if I switched exclusively to YouTube for a month? Music?
And you know what? I didn't expect to like it. But the surprise ended up coming from quite unexpected directions.
An endless library of music

One feature I didn't expect to like is the ability to switch between audio and video with a single tap. Are you listening to a song and suddenly want to play it with a clip? None proSure, video eats up more data and battery, but it's a great bonus at home or while relaxing.
What about the price?
I already paid for YouTube Premium, which includes YouTube Music. So I realized that I was actually paying twice for the same thing when I also had Spotify. So the decision was ultimately very easy. After a month, I finally said goodbye to Spotify. It has better playlists and social features, but YouTube Music offers me a wider library, better search and proconnection with the video. And most importantly – it corresponds more to how I actually listen to music.
Same. And I'm cool. YouTube without ads is great.
The only bad thing is that a lot of old tracks are disappearing there.

It's almost like I'm reading my feelings. After the latest Spotify price increase, I thought to myself, proI don't have to pay for two similar services. When I found out that I could export my favorite and saved songs/playlists and import them to YouTube, it was clear. I'm still getting used to the interface, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Reason, proI'm still sticking with Spotify (Premium) it's lossless quality and a great UI..
I bought YouTube premium because of the ads that YouTube has. Music It happened to me after about half a year 🙄 but a nice surprise 😅
