Even though we are now looking forward to the news One UI 8, we already know a lot about what it will bring One UI 8.5, thanks to a massive weekend leak of upcoming features. Samsung should also allow us to change the size of tiles in the quick settings panel - just like iOS does on iPhones.

One UI 8.5 is still a long way off, it's not due out until early next year, along with a number of other updates. Galaxy S26. According to a weekend leak, it is supposed to bring quite a few changes, and one of them is supposed to be the ability to finally determine the size of the tiles in the quick menu panel. What's the point of it looking like Samsung copied it from Applu 1:1, it will be a benefit for the user.

Photos of the upcoming quick menu panel editing were posted on the social network X leaker wr3cckl3ss. They show that you'll be able to adjust the size to suit your preferences by simply dragging the white highlight of the banner. But Samsung is also adding a new Add a control option here, which should make it easier to manage additional toggles. Hopefully, it will also be possible to add those from third-party apps, just like iOS can.
