Samsung at a summer event on Wednesday Galaxy Unpacked introduced new foldable phones Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 to Z Flip7 FE and smartwatches Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic. What systems does the Korean giant's new products run on and how long will they be supported?

These are the first smartphones in the world to run the new version of Google's operating system out of the box. Samsung has promised to support them for seven years, meaning they will receive seven operating system upgrades and seven years of security updates.

Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic is the world's first smartwatch that runs on the operating system Wear OS 6, which in their case is "wrapped" by a superstructure One UI 8 Watch.
