Samsung has a big day today. It had an event planned for it Galaxy Unpacked, where it presents its hardware and software innovations. And we already know what they are. Specifically, it concerns Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, Z Flip7 FE and Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic. On Galaxy Watch Ultra2 didn't happen at all.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7
According to the company, it's literally a "design marvel" with a top-notch camera and advanced artificial intelligence. It's also the thinnest and lightest foldable Samsung has ever introduced. And all of that is true. It has ultra performance in a sleek and slim body, because it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxywhich is supported by 12 GB of RAM in the case of 256 and 512 GB of internal storage, the 1TB model has 16 GB of RAM.

When folded, its thickness is only 8,9 mm, when unfolded it is 4,2 mm, and the weight is 215 g. The front display with Dynamic AMOLED 2x technology has a diagonal of 6,5 inches and is therefore wider with a more pleasant aspect ratio of 21:9. It is protected by the new glass-ceramic material Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 with crystals in the glass matrix (it was first used in Galaxy S25 Edge). The main, i.e. the internal display, also has Dynamic AMOLED 2x technology and boasts a diagonal of 8 inches. It also has a different design than before, making it thinner and lighter, but at the same time more durable. The titanium layer is the biggest credit for this. Durability has also increased thanks to 50% reinforcement ultrathin glass (Ultra-Thin Glass, UTG).

Samsung wants its foldables to reach a wider audience, so it has introduced another model from the FE family. It is based on last year's model, so the external display is in the shape of a folder (but has the function of a Now Brief), the internal one is 6,7". The main camera has 50 MPx. Everything is powered by the Exynos 2400.

Google also worked closely on the development of the new watch, and Galaxy Watch8 is thus the first series in which, in addition to Wear OS 6 we find artificial intelligence in the basic equipment Gemini.
