The road to official release One UI 7 is long and very bumpy. We can't remember when we had to wait so long for an upcoming upgrade to the current Android from Samsung. Now we finally know, but we still have some doubts.

On the one hand, relief, on the other, more uncertainty. Samsung said in a press release that the official rollout One UI 7 starts 7. April 2025This will happen for a number of Galaxy S24 and jigsaw puzzles Galaxy Z Fold6 a Z Flip6. In the coming weeks, there is still more to come Galaxy S24 FE, series Galaxy S23, Z Fold5 to Z Flip5 and series Galaxy Tab S10 and S9. Is there reason to be happy?

If we read between the lines, it follows that by the end of April we could actually see the above models One UI 7 wait. But what about the others? What Galaxy S22, S21, what Galaxy A55, A35 and previous models? How about a super expensive one too? Galaxy Z Fold4 of 2022?

Samsung hasn't released betas for anything older and lower than the top models, which ended up with a number of Galaxy S23. They haven't even gotten it yet Galaxy Z Fold5 a Z Flip5, just like no A. Right at Galaxy But the company claimed that the A55 would get the beta. We are in mid-March and it is evident that this is happening in this top mid-range model of Samsung last year. nesthurry up, for him One UI 7 in the live version was released in the first wave.

Will May be salvation?

Just after the middle of March, we basically know that many, many devices that have One UI 7 claim, will actually receive a major update in May, older and lower-end models probably in June. Android 15 was released in October last year.  So, there's still almost a month and a half of endless waiting until May. We'd like to say that Samsung can surprise us and roll out the update faster, but to be honest, we don't even hope for that, because it's simply nestIt's fast and we will be more grateful if the implementation doesn't drag on.

More questions than answers

after all beta program pros Galaxy S24 runs from December, for models Galaxy S23 and last year's puzzles are only a week away. So there are still a lot of questions in the finale, maybe more than answers. For example:

  • What kind of outflow will be delayed? One UI 7 na One UI 8?
  • We'll see One UI 7.1 or at least One UI 7.0.1?
  • Will Android 16 be released before Samsung has it rolled out across the board? One UI 7?
  • And the most important question: Didn't Samsung ultimately lose a lot of fans and thus customers with this bad approach?

One UI 7 is a major update, having reportedly been in the works for three years. In the end, wouldn't it be better to deliver smaller increments more regularly than to try to release one big package with such a delay?
